eurocamp vilanova reviews

Stayed here in July 2017.

It was okay to stay in for 3 nights but any longer than that.. No. We arrived at Vilanova park via taxi from Barcelona airport. Had the best roast chicken we've ever had from the takeaway grill. Review tags are currently only available for English language reviews. Overpriced and rotten. Because it was september it wasny busy and we loved this. The site is great, very clean and safe, indoor and outdoor pools, good little shop and even crazy golf.

Think the lifeguards did a great job.

night time entertainment was good. The Eurocamp caravans were clean and tidy. The wifi is awful, email strength at best and they want €2 for 2 hours. We had no clothes sorer but the eurocamp rep brought us one round within minutes of reporting it and was a brand new one. a lovely touch. The seat rests kept falling down and the walls were thinner than paper. The campsite was lovely and well maintained.

Our mobile was spacious and very clean and everything was ready to use..fridge, hot water and even a BBQ. Second time we've been here and it's still lovely!! Of course you leave your bungalow clean & tidy but my Daughter had put the wrong rubbish bags in the wrong bins. There are plenty of restaurants down near the harbour to choose from. There were lots of pitches where this was not the case being totally shaded by trees.I had seen in some reviews comments regarding dust and noise from a nearby timber yard and also noise from an animal rescue centre so was a little concerned that the boundary to our pitch was the wall of the timber yard! What was odd, was no sink to wash your hands, you have to come out to either the nearest sink, the kitchen or walk opp end of the caravan to the bathroom. And to the station within 30 mins. Had a fabulous holiday at Vilanova Park. We used the buses that stopped outside the main reception to Barcelona, Sitges and Vilanova. we stayed here in July with two small kids. I went to visit my Grandchildren for a few days. We loved Sitges and so worth the visit. So for instance, we are a family of 4 so we would use 8 trips for the return. Heather and Kev were very helpful and always around if we needed any assistance. We had no clothes sorer but the eurocamp rep brought us one round within minutes of reporting it and was a brand new one. The restaurant on site served good meals, with take away options, and quality/price were acceptable, they also give out WiFi vouchers for those who use the facility, however these will only work in the vicinity. We spent a couple of days at the beach down at Villanova il Geltru. Thanks for all your help.I'd avoid the site restaurant if possible, we ate there on our first night and the food was cold and portion sizes small and quite expensive! The reps Keith and Helen were lovely, very helpful. We found it best to pay cash rather than using the T10 cards.

The park itself was huge, quite hilly, a melting pot for a huge number of nationalities. Check availability. more. Four good pools onsite, one with slides for the kids or adults, all with lifeguards. Family holiday, got what we expected, good facilities, good choice of staying in or venturing out of the park. The charge for using the centre was 5 Euros. Book Vilanova Park, Vilanova i la Geltru on Tripadvisor: See 1,727 traveller reviews, 1,097 candid photos, and great deals for Vilanova Park, ranked #1 of 7 Speciality lodging in Vilanova … Good tapas in the restaurant. We stayed 17 nights and I can honestly say that there was no problems, yes you could hear work going on but it was only occasionally intrusive and then for very short periods. There was a full entertainment programme provided on site every day however as we were staying the first 2 weeks in September, things quietened down towards the end of our second week This was not a problem for us but would be worth considering if you were relying on a full on activity and entertainment programme on site during your stay at this time of year. We have an ongoing programme of improvement for our accommodation range, so we’ll be sure to get our Repair and Maintenance Team to follow up the maintenance issues that you have raised.

33 euros. The pools can get busy and the newish water slides don't go anywhere. The inside pool is charged which was a shame. Prices above are provided by partners for one room, with variable occupancy rules as provided by the property, and do not include all taxes and fees. They don’t allow cars to drive around after midnight and no major noise. There is also a service to Barcelona airport.Overall this site is great for the whole family and we have already planned our return trip next year. they provide a laundry service for 5 euro which is really handy. The shop was reasonably priced.

The park overall is very well kept but, on this occasion the pools were quite dirty I don't know if it was because it was the end of the season or not? There is also a bus service to the town, it is not walking distance, where you can go to the beach or catch a train to Barcelona or elsewhere. So we heard anyway..... to be fair, we found it reasonably quiet, we were situated at the back near a log place, we never heard anything from them.

He started to argue with us and we ended up walking out. We arrived after midnight and Keith met us at reception.

The E16 bus takes you to Sitges and Barcelona. And all were bilingual. We hired a car so always drove in rather than rely on the bus in.Got the bus into Barcelona from the campsite, great bus service, frequent and followed the timetable. No cars are allowed on or off site after midnight, but a kind security guard let us drive to our Mobile. It saddens us to see that your recent experience has understandably left you disillusioned with our services at present but we do hope that you have a change of heart and at some point in the future, allow us a second opportunity to prove to you the quality of our holidays.Kind regards,Eurocamp Customer Care Team, This is the version of our website addressed to speakers of English in United Kingdom. The 2 outdoor pools were a lovely, both with very vigilant life … My husband and I have just returned from Vilanova Park having spent 2 weeks there. “Excellent Park in a stunning location” This is a lovely park and it is well situated. The park is large with a lot of different accommodations. We visited during October half term and the weather was perfect around 24 degrees during the dayThe park was on low season hence no activities were planned during the day. Also the onsite ship closed from 12 noon until 5pm.We had booked a Sun Holiday so Eurocamp provided the static caravanThe courier was excellent and allowed us to move in early as our accommodation was ready. We stayed on an esprit which was very clean and modern. The campsite was relatively quiet, although there are a lot of cats which roam the grounds. They were on holiday at the park. we stayed with lifestyle and they were great. Good sized living area with aircon, table, chairs and a small breakfast bar. Booked via eurocamp For a campsite it's very well kept and both big pools were amazing The biggest issue is the waiters (post 5pm) in restaurant who were so so very rude and after us complaining that the wrong pizza (had chillis on it )had been given to my 8 yr old son they then proceeded to be continuously rude the following afternoons/evenings ... avoiding serving us as a family who were wanting to spend monies there !!!! Stayed for a week at the end of August with eurocamp. Avoid Eurocamp especially.

Our caravan was a 3 bed esprit, it was clean and fairly spacious, apart from the toilet, was very narrow and every time you sat on it the toilet lid would fall on your back. I was very impressed with the service from our reps, our accommodation and the amenities on site. The Vida Festival is a popular alternative and indie music festival held in the nearby town of Vilanova i la Geltrú, with headline groups attracting large crowds. If you are a resident of another country or region, please select the appropriate version of Tripadvisor for your country or region in the drop-down menu. Mobile was spotless, we were in the smallest 3 bed but we only slept in it as the weather was so good, large decking area with a canopy roof so that's where we were. I deff recommend and will be returning next year. We know how crucial good quality accommodation is in getting the most out of your holiday and so we’re sorry to hear about the disappointment caused by the accommodation allocated to you. The process of communicating with Europarcs and the booking process was easyI am not a lover of static caravan type holidays however I needed a ‘park’ type venue designed for families ensuring our grandchildren could have a safe environment and plenty to do before they returned to school We drove from the U.K. and found the park easy to findIn summary Vilanova Park has plenty to do in the well kept surroundings for all agesKeith & Helen the Europarc hosts are well versed in their role and get on with the jobs at hand with a smile and engage with the visitors at all timesThe static accommodation was adequate but on reflection what else would you need during the summer months from a static van of its typeThe tree maintenance people arriving before sun-up spraying trees could have been more considerate and advance notice so the parked cars could have been moved away from the excess over-spray would have been appreciated In summary the accommodation does what it says on the can, the park is well maintained The pools large enough with plenty of shade aroundThe pool guards are visible and effectiveThe kids ‘entertainment’ satisfied our football hungry 14yr oldIf a summer park holiday is what you want then you’ll have to go a long way to beat VilanovaMy only suggestion to improve the first time visitor experience is for the Europarc flag to be located in a more prominent positionThe local town is very pleasant with Sitges 15 mins drive offering pleasant beach, local shops and a wide walkway adjacent to the beach edge.
